King County Coin Club

Speedo started collecting coins in 1953.  Born in Spokane, Washington, he graduated from Roosevelt High School in Seattle and attended Seattle University.  His numismatic interests include shield nickels, capped bust halves, seated half dimes, and errors and varieties.  His favorite coin is the Oregon Exchange Company $5.00 "D" gold coin.

Ken considers collecting to be "an excellent way to spend (my) free time!"  His other hobbies include:  collecting still & mechanical banks and slot machines, cars, and 35mm photography.
